Art painted by the acclaimed artist John Higgins (also the Watchmen colourist) . Great shot of a Mutant caught in Judge Dredd's headlights. Judge Dredd himself is cleverly reflected on the chrone of his Lawmaster motorbike's handlebars! Art is on board, 38.5 X 51.5 cm.
