Absolutely epic piece, the DPS from the first issue to THE LAST AMERICAN, by the incredible Judge Dredd artist Mick McMahon, showing the main protagonist, Ulysses S. Pilgrim, the last American, exiting the bunker complex with the robots to see what's left of the USA! One of the most iconic pieces from the series. Art is on two pages, each 28x40cm on comic art board in fine condition. This series was released by EPIC comics, Marvel's imprint for it's more diverse and exciting titles in 1990. The title had been delayed by a few years by Mick's ill health. The series was written by the team behind 2000ad's Judge Dredd and Strontium Dog, John Wagner ad Alan Grant.
